1. Discussion and action on providing a 50/50 economic development grant to the Arthur Association of Commerce for a WCIA/WCIX TV advertising package of 56 30-second commercials to encourage holiday shopping in Arthur in the amount of $1432.50.

2. Discussion and action on a proposal from Ne-Co Asphalt Company to repair the buggy lane ruts along Vine Street in the amount of $29,750.00.

3. Discussion on the hiring and compensation of Police Department personnel. Executive Session (5 ILCS 120/2(c)(1).) The appointment, employment compensation, discipline, performance, or dismissal of specific employees of the public body.

4. Discussion and action on revisions to the Police Department Full-Time Officer Pay Schedule.
