1. Discussion and action on a street closing event by Peoples Bank and Trust on Thursday, October 24, 2024.

2. Discussion and action on a TIF Construction Grant request for 206 South Vine Street, Arthur, IL in the amount of $2130.00.

3. Discussion and Action on Ordinance 10-07A-2024: An ordinance declaring the 2018 Ford Carryall (VIN: 1FM5K8AR6JGB34673) Police Department vehicle as surplus personal property and authorizing the Chief of Police to dispose of the same with or without public notice.

4. Discussion and Action on Ordinance 10-07B-2024: An ordinance declaring the 2006 Ford F250 Super Duty Carryall (VIN: 1FTNF21576ED18431) Street Department vehicles as surplus personal property and authorizing the Public Works Supervisor to dispose of the same with or without public notice.

5. Discussion and action on the hiring of a temporary crossing guard for the high school.

6. Discussion and action on approval of the Annual Auditor’s Report.
