1. Discussion and action on a request from PJs Snowcones to set up on Village property on Fridays and Saturdays from noon until 8:00 pm through the end of October 2024 and beginning again in the Spring of 2025.

2. Discussion and action on a request by the Heart of Amish Country Rodeo to access a portion of the lagoon property on August 16-17, 2024 for contestant parking.

3. Discussion and action on Ordinance 08-05A-2024: An Ordinance restricting Village-owned parking areas to motorized vehicle parking only.

4. Discussion and action on Ordinance 08-05B-2024: An Ordinance Regulating Public Camping within Corporate Boundaries and other Actions in connection therewith.

5. Discussion and action on Ordinance 08-05C-2024: An ordinance vacating the alley between Illinois Street and Washington Street between Cypress Street and Cedar Street pursuant to 65 ILCS 5/11-91-1.

6. Discussion and Action on Ordinance 08-05D-2024: An Ordinance Declaring Two (2) laptop computers from the Police Department as excess property and authorizing the Chief of Police to sell or dispose of the excess property.
