Eureka City Council met Dec. 18.

Here is the agenda provided by the Council:

Call to Order and Pledge of Allegiance. 

Roll Call. 

Approval of Minutes from December 4, 2017 Council Meeting and approval of the minutes from the December 4, 2017 Public Hearing. 

Approval of minutes of the Committee Meetings held within the prior 30 days. (1st monthly meeting) 

Treasurer's Report (2" monthly meeting). 

Public Comments on any action to be taken on Agenda items. 

Approval of semi-monthly bills. 

Announcement of Holiday Decoration Contest Winners by the Eureka Events Committee. 

Amber Harmon Consideration of Ordinance 17-22, an ordinance levying taxes for all corporate purposes for the City of Eureka for the fiscal year commencing on the 1" day of May, 2018 and ending on the 30" day of April, 2019. Mr. Rossetti 

Consideration of approval of the Annual Meetings List. Mr. Rossetti 

Recommendation from Economic Development Committee to purchase and LED sign and pedestal for $18,447. Mr. Teegarden 

Consideration of Resolution 17-10, a resolution for an intergovernmental agreement with the City of Eureka and School District #140 for a the School Resource Officer. Mr. Lind 

Recommendation from Administration Committee to accept the Health Insurance Renewal for AV-US PPO as offered by United Healthcare for an increase of 5.44%. Mr. Rossetti
