Arthur-Lovington/Atwood-Hammond High School, represented by the social media handle #GoKnights, recently shared a series of tweets highlighting achievements and activities within its community. The school serves students from grades 9 to 12 in Arthur and Douglas County, Illinois.

On May 16, 2025, the school's Twitter account posted about a culinary initiative made possible through an Illinois Pork Producers Association Grant. "Thanks to an Illinois Pork Producers Association Grant the FACS classes have had a chance to have labs using different cuts of pork. Culinary Arts is showcasing uses for bacon, pork chops and pulled pork."

In another tweet on the same day, they congratulated Logan Beckmier, a 2023 graduate of Arthur-Lovington/Atwood-Hammond High School. Beckmier achieved third place in the 10,000-meter race at the Ohio Valley Conference meet. "Shoutout to 2023 ALAH grad Logan Beckmier for placing 3rd in the 10000m at the Ohio Valley Conference meet! Way to represent, Logan — Knight Nation is proud!"

Further celebrating their alumni's achievements on May 16th was a message of encouragement for Alisha Frederick and her Eastern Illinois University teammates as they prepared for an NCAA Regional match against Texas. The game was scheduled to be broadcasted on ESPN+. "Wishing the best of luck to 2023 grad Alisha Frederick and her EIU teammates as they take on Texas in the NCAA Regional tomorrow! Catch the game on ESPN+ at 3:30 PM!"

Arthur-Lovington/Atwood-Hammond High School had an enrollment of 328 students during the 2019-2020 school year with grade nine having the highest concentration at thirty-nine percent according to information from Illinois Report Card.
