SC3F Wealth Management Group has contributed $25,000 to the Sarah Bush Lincoln Effingham Specialty Pavilion, a healthcare facility currently being built at 905 N. Maple Street. The Pavilion is scheduled for completion in the fall of 2026.

“Our team is thrilled to be able to support Sarah Bush Lincoln’s continued growth in Effingham,” said SC3F Managing Partner Gary Swearingen. “We believe this new facility will be a huge asset to the community and we’re proud to help make it a reality.”

The new Pavilion will provide several services, including cardiology, a cardiac rehabilitation gym, pulmonary function testing, a drive-thru retail pharmacy, laboratory services, ENT and hearing aid services, and space for physician specialists. The building will cover nearly 40,000 square feet.
