Melissa Storck Chief of Human Resources & Quality Officer | Clay County Hospital
Shannon Stanford has been nominated for the January Employee of the Month. Her colleague, Michelle Hostettler, a Med/Surg RN, put forward her name for this recognition. Hostettler highlighted Stanford's efforts in the Emergency Department (ED) during a particularly busy day.
Stanford, who works in surgery, took time to assist with a patient in the ED when she had some free moments. Furthermore, she returned after her workday ended to help another patient, enabling them to return home. Hostettler noted that Stanford "went above and beyond her duties" and was a "problem solver that day."
Hostettler expressed gratitude towards Stanford by saying, "Thanks so much for all you do Shannon!!!"
