During this week's meeting at the village of Dolton, Mayor Tiffany Henyard invited her personal criminal defense attorneys, Beau Brindley and Ed McDavid, to address the attendees. The attorneys argued that Henyard is a victim and accused others of corruption.

The meeting was not attended or livestreamed by external parties; however, portions of the event were shared by the Critical Smoker YouTube Channel. Permission was granted to use these segments in this article.

Attorney Beau Brindley made several statements suggesting he could halt certain actions by the board. He asserted that some activities must "Stop Now," implying he had authority over board decisions. However, his role as Henyard's personal attorney does not grant him power to control board actions. Any disputes would ultimately be resolved in court.
