On March 24, Ashli Crowe purchased a three bedroom, two bathroom home at 648 Division St., Charleston from Brian E. and Tina A. Huston for $92,900.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $1,875.36, 2.02% of the sale price of the home.

So far in March 2022, 25 properties sold in Charleston.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Brian E. Huston has been registered to vote since 2006 and has voted in at least four primary elections, records show, including four Republican Primaries.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that there were two registered voters residing at 648 Division St. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Brian E. Huston, 46, and Amber L. Huston, 39.
