The property tax paid for this property in 2020 was $608.42. This is 7.61% of the sale price of the home.

So far in October 2021, this is the only property that sold in Vermilion as of this publication.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, there were three registered voters residing at 209 Water St. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Justin D Robison, 33, Jesse Park Tomes, 31, and Tonya A. Myers, 53.
