The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $5,609.28, 1.3% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold for $295,000 on Aug. 18, 2017.

So far in August 2021, nine properties sold in Charleston.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Christopher P. Adams has been registered to vote since 2017 and has voted in at least one primary election, records show, including one Republican Primary.
