The recent elections in Shelby County, Illinois, saw the re-election of former County Chairman Bobby Orman and Vice Chairman Mark Bennett to the County Board. Despite resigning from their previous positions and facing significant criticism on social media, both officials secured their seats once again.

Bobby Orman achieved a 62.36% victory over his opponent Guy Michael Anderson. Similarly, Mark Bennett won with 74.2% of the vote against James Caputo. Both Anderson and Caputo received backing from local propagandists, yet this support did not translate into electoral success.

It has been confirmed that Orman and Bennett will take their oath of office in December.
