On April 29, Brett A. and Ashley V. Funneman purchased a two bedroom, 1.5 bathroom home at 303 Robertson Circle, Ashmore from Bert A. and Linda Coffey for $100,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $861.08, 0.86% of the sale price of the home.

So far in April 2021, three properties sold in Ashmore.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Bert A. Coffey (85) has been registered to vote since 2006 and has voted in at least 14 primary elections, records show, including 14 Republican Primaries.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
