1. Discussion and action on Moultrie-Douglas County Fair Association liquor license request and other requests.

2. Discussion and action on extending the Meadowview Subdivision real estate lot sales listing contract with Legacy Land Co to May 6, 2022.

3. Discussion and action on Ordinance 06-07A-2021: An Ordinance Declaring a 2016 Ford Police Interceptor (VIN: #1FM5K8AR7GGA19489) as Excess Property and Authorizing the Chief of Police to Dispose of said property with or without public notice.

4. Discussion and action on the purchase of two (2) Watch Guard 4RE in-car camera systems from Central Service Center in the amount of $5,250.00 each plus installation for a total of $11,550.00 of which $10,500.00 is grant reimbursable.

5. Discussion and action on the outfitting of the new 2021 police car by Central Service Center in the amount of $8,701.00.

6. Discussion and action on quote for striping of new police car by Custom Screen Printing in the amount of $650.00.

7. Discussion and action on a proposal for a concrete approach at the new WWTP building from Hershberger Concrete in the amount of $8750.00.

8. Discussion and action on Resolution # R-06-07A-2021: A Resolution Concerning the Release of Minutes of Closed Meetings.

9. Discussion and action on Resolution # R-06-07B-2021: A Resolution Concerning the Destroying of Closed Meeting Recordings at least Eighteen (18) Months Old.

10. Discussion and action on Resolution # R-06-07C-2021: A Resolution Authorizing the Sale of Surplus Real Estate Pursuant to 65 ILCS 5/11-76-4.1 (223 North Walnut Street, Arthur, Illinois 61911).
