Oblong home prices fall in the third quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2019 in Oblong fell by $27,250 while total sales increased by 88.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2019, there were 32 homes sold, with a median sale price of $39,250 - a 41% decrease over the $66,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 17 homes sold in Oblong in the third quarter of 2018.
