The Paris Area Chamber of Commerce & Tourism issued the following announcement on Jan. 16.
A Winter Weather Advisory will be in effect for Edgar and surrounding counties in purple from 8 p.m. Tuesday to 6 a.m. Wednesday.
Freezing drizzle overnight will create slick spots on roadways and sidewalks, so use caution.
