City of Marshall issued the following announcement on Sept. 28.
Beautiful day in Marshall! Roadway improvements being made on Sycamore Street. Joint project with Quality Lime donating rock and Clark County Highway department laying down material. Road will be closed to through traffic until Monday. Drive safe.
