Over the past 18 months, Watchdogs have been investigating certain illicit activities by Coles County officials and their lack of transparency.
Such actions include bid-rigging, improper contracting, pay for no work, Open Meetings Act violations, Freedom of Information Act violations, and illegal contracting.
