Russell Kilby has been named October Employee of the Month at Clay County Hospital. Kilby works in Environmental Services (EVS) and was nominated by Brad Jones, the EVS Lead.
In his nomination, Jones stated: “I’d like to nominate Russell Kilby in EVS for Employee of the Month! He is always willing to go beyond what is necessary to help everyone on the EVS staff or anyone else that needs it! He will just go and do a task that he knows needs to be done without me asking or telling him to do it no matter if it is on his worksheet or not! Thank you, Russell!”
