On March 14, 2025, Wilhour expressed his views on educational equity by stating "Democrats preach 'equity'—a Marxist concept—but force the poorest kids to stay in failing, dangerous schools. Hypocrisy at its worst. The days of gaslighting without pushback are over. School Choice is the real path to opportunity." He criticizes what he perceives as contradictions within Democratic policies concerning education.

Later that day, Wilhour addressed an incident involving a public school in Deerfield, Illinois. He questioned Governor Pritzker's stance on the matter by asking ".@GovPritzker are you ok with this? This Deerfield Illinois mother claims that teachers and administrators in their public school forced her daughter and others to change in a locker room with a biological male against their will." Wilhour's tweet highlights his concern for student safety and parental rights within school settings.

On March 17, 2025, Wilhour criticized Governor Pritzker again regarding educational policy and administrative actions in schools. He stated "It is dangerous, disgusting cheerleading like this from @GovPritzker that directly leads to woke perverts like the school administration in Deerfield, IL gaining the confidence to demand that teenage girls undress in front of a teenage boy against their will."
