On February 21, 2025, Wilhour commented on an incident involving Kash Patel and some liberal groups. He remarked, "This is hilarious. I’m sure @Kash_Patel is really intimidated by a whiny group of Low-T liberals ‘blocking’ his way. @DickDurbin #winning".

Later that day, Wilhour criticized Illinois Governor JB Pritzker's leadership in another tweet. He stated, "JB Pritzker has thrown his full weight behind his false rhetoric, but his leadership has been a disaster for middle-class families. Illinois can’t afford to be weighted down by his absurd national ambitions. We need a Governor that will put IL citizens 1st."

On February 22, 2025, Wilhour addressed concerns about educational policies in Illinois with particular emphasis on homeschooling. He tweeted, "‘Parental-Rights Extremist’?? Where do I sign up? Power and control. The bill literally says it’s being put forth because homeschooling is the fastest growing form of education. Anything that is a threat to the IL Education Industrial Complex must be put down. Fight Back."
