1. Discussion and action on a proposal for SCADA cellular communications from U.S. Controls, Inc. in the amount of $1800.00 annually. 

2. Discussion and action on a proposal from Leaf It To Us Total Tree Care Plus, LLC for tree removal at 325 W. Progress Street in the amount of $4,450.00. 

3. Discussion and action on advertising for a Public Works Foreman position. 

4. Discussion and action on providing economic development assistance of up to $1500.00 for a collaborative dinner event with the Arthur Area Association of  

Commerce and Simply Arthur.  

5. Discussion and action on Ordinance 02-03A-2025: An ordinance approving an intergovernmental agreement between Lowe #2 Drainage District, Bourbon #3  

Drainage District, and the Arthur Community Park District for removal of noxious weeds along the drainage districts running through the corporate limits of the Village of Arthur.
