Thomas C. Goldstein, the founder and publisher of SCOTUSblog.com, has been indicted in Maryland Federal Court. The indictment, which spans 50 pages and includes 22 counts, outlines allegations against Goldstein.

It is important to note that all defendants are presumed innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law.
