We have received additional records regarding the Oakland Fire Protection District's financial misconduct involving Kyley Willison and allegedly his father. Questions have arisen about the number of pool parties held at the Willison residence and how many people were aware that the pool was purchased with taxpayer funds through the misuse of the Fire Protection District credit card. The pool in question is identified as the NB2131 model swimming pool, bought from Pool Supply Unlimited based in San Antonio, TX.

This incident represents another instance where a family allegedly benefited from criminal activities. Photographs from real estate sales suggest that the 15-foot pool was installed in their backyard. Typically, law enforcement would seize property acquired with public funds under such circumstances; however, there is no record of any efforts to reclaim these illegally obtained assets.

The invoice related to this purchase can be downloaded or viewed online. Police reports confirm that this expenditure was made using a credit card managed by Kyley.
