A new self-scheduling service by Sarah Bush Lincoln will be available starting January 6, enabling individuals to book appointments with their primary care providers. According to SBL Specialty Clinic Director April Clark, "Self-scheduling is easy to use and it’s available whenever people have the time to schedule an appointment, even when the office is closed."

This service allows users to book appointments online at any time using any device, eliminating the need for phone calls. Appointments that can be scheduled include those for new health concerns, follow-ups, and various physicals such as work or sports-related. Additional appointment types may become available later.

Currently, appointments with specialty clinics are not included in this service and must still be arranged by contacting the clinic directly.

To begin scheduling through this service, only basic information is required. Users will then see all available appointment slots with their provider.

The self-scheduling feature can be accessed on the SBL website under the Make Appointment tab or directly via https://sarahbush.myhealthdirect.com/decisionSupport/workflow.
