2. Consideration and Action to approve Bills

3. Consideration and Action to approve Sept. Treasuer's Report.

4. Consideration and Action to appoint Steven A. Greene of Weber, Heap, Ayres & Greene as City Attorney. (Oath)

5. Consideration and Action to hire Jana Spires as City Collector.

6. Consideration and Action for purchasing new meters. 40 MIU's/AC250 at $140 each. ($5600)

7. Consideration and Action to amend ordinance 232 City Attorney. Requirement for attorney to attend every meeting.

8. Consideration and Action to do away with “Home Base” time keeping program.

9. Consideration and Action to add Caitlin Dill to the bank accounts list and remove Melinda Lovell's signature.
