Village of Noble Personnel Committee met June 18.
Here are the minutes provided by the committee:
Present: Major Kessler, Tresa Hundley, Janet Pflaum, Gary Ulm and Ashley Piper The meeting was called to order at 7:20 pm.
Information from EJ Water, LOCiS and 14 applications for the Village Treasurer position were reviewed.
After reviewing all information provided, the Committee decided to have LOCiS, our current accounting module, take over the Treasurer duties after Karen’s departure at a cost of $4,000 per 40 accounting hours at $100 and hour either on-site or remotely. A travel charge of approximately $300 per trip and regular technical support as used for Zoom calls for board meetings will also be billed.
Tresa will contact Rick Holmes at LOCiS about approximately how long a prepaid block of 40 accounting hours would last.
The committee will present their recommendation to the rest of the Board at the next scheduled meeting on June 24.
The meeting was adjourned at 7:40 pm.
