There was a single gas station in cities across Shelby County selling e15 gas at the price of $3.34 per gallon in the week ending Mar. 2, according to GasBuddy.com.

Of the eight gas stations in cities within Shelby County, just one offers e15 gas.

The average price of e15 gas in Illinois was $3.38, compared to $3.34 the week before.

Gas prices in the U.S. have fluctuated greatly in recent times and many drivers are feeling the pain at the pump.

The cost of rising gas prices is made tougher on average U.S. families by rising inflation. Families had to pay nearly 3.5% more for average goods and food they needed.
