The "Illinois First - America First" Harvest Celebration is set to take place on Sunday, Oct. 22, from 5 to 7 PM at Miller Bros. Located at 523 W. Main Street in Oakland.

The event aims to support an effort to “send Patriots to Springfield.”
Keynote speaker Rick Green from the Patriot Academy and Wallbuilders will address the attendees.
The event also features Chris Miller, Chairman of the Illinois Freedom Caucus, Mary Miller, Congresswoman of the 15th District, and Chris Miller, State Representative of the 101st District.
Expect an evening of music and guest speakers in the spirit of patriotism and community engagement.
Miller is the chairman of the Illinois Freedom Caucus.
The initiative, led by former Trump Chief of Staff Mark Meadows, aims to establish the State Freedom Caucus Network in response to growing federal overreach and an expanding federal administrative state.
Modeled after the successful House Freedom Caucus, the Illinois Freedom Caucus offers resources and support to empower conservatives in Illinois to champion limited government and uphold the principles of the 10th Amendment, ensuring that powers not explicitly granted to the federal government are reserved for the states and the people.
The Illinois Freedom Caucus is comprised of State Representatives Adam Niemerg (R-Dieterich), Chris Miller (R-Oakland), Brad Halbrook (R-Shelbyville), Blaine Wilhour (R-Beecher City) and Dan Caulkins (R-Decatur).
