Marshall Community Unit School District C-2 Board of Education Facilities Committee met Aug. 9.

l. Call to Order
Mr. Macke called the meeting to order at 5:15 p.m. Mr. Macke, Mr. Maurer, Mr. Gard, and Mr. Ross were present.
II. Public Comment
None
III. Discussion of Director of Transportation & Maintenance Position
Mr. Ross discussed the interview format with the committee members.
IV. Closed Session
A. Personnel 5 ILCS 120/2(c)(1) The appointment, employment, compensation, discipline, performance, or dismissal of specific employees of the public body, including hearing testimony on a complaint lodged against an employee to determine its validity).
The committee entered closed session for the purpose of interviewing candidates for the Director of Maintenance Position at 5:30 p.m.
V. Adjourn
The committee entered open session at 7:30 p.m. and adjourned the meeting.
