a. Consider and act on 22-16 Ordinance Authorizing Sale of Real Estate, Five Aprils Crossing lot 10.

b. Consider and act on Special Event Permit Application from the Chamber for Scare on the Square on October 22, 2022 between 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM.
