Discuss/approve Resolution changing the Village Clerk from an elected position to an appointed position and also allowing the appointed Village Clerk and any appointed Deputy Village Clerks to live outside village limits

Discuss/approve Ordinance amending the Village Municipal Codebook to reflect the change of the Village Clerk now being an appointed position and also allowing the appointed Village Clerk and any appointed Deputy Village Clerks to live outside village limits

Approve/accept the Village Clerk’s resignation as the Village Clerk conditioned upon board’s passage of the aforesaid Resolution and Ordinance and upon Mayor’s appointment of Tresa Hundley as the appointed Village Clerk and the Mayor’s affirming her continued appointment as Village Collector.

Mayor’s written notification to Board of Trustees of Mayor’s immediate appointment of Tresa Hundley as the appointed Village Clerk and Mayor’s affirmation of Tresa Hundley’s continued appointment as Village Collector

Board of Trustees discuss/approve Mayor’s written appointment and affirmation as Aforesaid

Tresa Hundley sworn in as newly appointed Village Clerk

Discuss/approve Estimate for ditch behind 317 W. North Ave.

Discuss/approve CJ Complete Janitorial cleaning price increase from $50.00 to $55.00 Discuss/approve replacing 3 water hydrants in the Noble Park

Discuss/approve Water Treat Technology quote on lagoon repairs & approve using Sanitary District funds

Discuss/approve increasing rates for sewer (per State requirement)
