Discuss/approve Ordinance amending the Village Municipal Codebook to reflect the change of the Village Clerk now being an appointed position and also allowing the appointed Village Clerk and any appointed Deputy Village Clerks to live outside village limits
Approve/accept the Village Clerk’s resignation as the Village Clerk conditioned upon board’s passage of the aforesaid Resolution and Ordinance and upon Mayor’s appointment of Tresa Hundley as the appointed Village Clerk and the Mayor’s affirming her continued appointment as Village Collector.
