On Feb. 25, Shirley A. and Peter A. Quinn sold their two bedroom, one bathroom home at 1330 Monroe Ave., Charleston to Eric and Nels Lopez for $87,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $614.12, 0.71% of the sale price of the home.

The last time this home sold was Oct. 17, 2017. It last sold for $53,500.

So far in February 2022, 23 properties sold in Charleston.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Peter Quinn has been registered to vote since 2018. Shirley Quinn has been registered to vote since 2017.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
