On Dec. 22, Prospect Bank sold their home at 402 N. Front St., Kan. to Kaleb N Thompson for $3,500.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $616.94, 17.63% of the sale price of the home.

This property is the only sale in Kansas so far in December 2021 as of this publication.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Kaleb Nathaniel Thompson (32) has been registered to vote since 2007 and has voted in at least one primary election, records show, including one Republican Primary.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
