On Dec. 30, Larry R. and Martha L. Young purchased a home at 22114 N. 900th St., Metcalf from Norma Dillman-Yelenick (trustee) for $80,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $498.48, 0.62% of the sale price of the home.

So far in December 2021, this is the only property that sold in Metcalf as of this publication.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Norma Pauline Yelenick Dillman, 88, was the only registered voter residing at 22114 N. 900th St. as of Oct. 10, 2020.
