On April 30, Gerald Hoekstra sold their two bedroom, 1.5 bathroom home at 1804 Johnson Ave., Charleston to Mary Hunt for $75,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $1,798.52, 2.4% of the sale price of the home.

So far in April 2021, two properties sold in Charleston.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Gerald C. Hoekstra (66) has been registered to vote since 2006 and has voted in at least five primary elections, records show, including four Democratic Primaries and one Republican Primary.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
