V PUBLIC REQUESTS TO ADDRESS THE BOARD

(a) Magoo & Associates will be present to answer any questions the board has about installing a new phone system at the Village Hall.

(b) Sasha Althoff from the City of Effingham will address the board about annexing property owned by Stevens Industries into the Enterprise Zone.

(c) Julie O’Brien will address the board about allowing side by sides to be driven in Village limits.

(d) The board and Phil Repking will further discuss the rock driveway that is extending to his shed.

(e) Prairie View residents will address the board about portable storage sheds in Prairie View Subdivision.

(a) Discussion and possible action to pay 2021 Investor Dues to The Alliance in the amount of $5,000.

(b) Discussion and possible action to decide on a new phone system for Village Hall.

(c) Discussion on appropriations.

(d) Consider a motion to introduce and pass Ordinance No. 969, A Joint Ordinance of the City of Effingham, Illinois, and the County of Effingham, IL, and Village of Teutopolis, Illinois, Amending the City of Effingham/Effingham County Enterprise Zone. (Enterprise Zone Boundary Modifications)
