(a) Discussion and possible action on accepting a TIF services agreement from SCIRPDC. 

(b) Discussion and possible action to make changes to the golf cart ordinance. 

(c) Discussion and possible action on accepting a bid from Hillside Lawn and Landscape, Inc. in the amount of $4,125.00 for landscaping around new Village Hall. 

(d) Consider hiring summer maintenance workers. 

(e) Review liquor license applications for 2021. 

(f) Consider a motion to pass Resolution No. 633. A Resolution appropriating $110,000 of MFT funds for the maintenance of streets. 

(g) Consider a motion to introduce and pass Ordinance No. 960, An Ordinance Authorizing Execution of Release of Reservation of Possibility of Reverter (B & E Developers, LLC – Lot 26). 

(h) Consider a motion to introduce and pass Ordinance No. 961, An Ordinance Authorizing Execution of Release of Reservation of Possibility of Reverter (B & E Developers, LLC – Lot 54).
