City of Mattoon issued the following announcement on Aug. 19.
Join us in Downtown Mattoon for our Lunch & Music free concert series Friday August 21, 2020 from 11:30- 1:00pm. Effingham's Andy Rueter will take the stage playing a variety of Country and Classic Rock. Bring your lawn chairs and grab lunch from one of our many Downtown Restaurants. Look for a FREE concert every Friday (weather permitting) all summer. Sponsored by: Mattoon Arts Council, Mattoon Tourism and Sound Source Music.
