City of Arcola City Council met June 9.
Here is the minutes provided by the council:
Mayor Ferguson called the meeting to order at 6:00 P.M. Members present were Alderpersons Hensley, Budd, Foran, Huckstep and Smith. City Administrator Wagoner and Attorney Bequette were also present. Alderwoman Ferguson and Treasurer Anderson were not present.
PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE Alderman Hensley led the council and audience in the Pledge of Allegiance.
PUBLIC COMMENT There was none.
EXECUTIVE SESSION (5ILCS 120/2c) Alderman Hensley moved to go into Executive Session to discuss pending litigation and possible land transaction. Alderman Smith seconded the motion. Roll call vote, all ayes. Motion carried.
Executive Session at 6:01p.m.
Regular Session at 7:16 p.m.
Alderwoman Huckstep moved to adjourn and was seconded by Alderman Smith. Roll call vote, all ayes. Motion carried.
Adjourned at 7:16 p.m.
