City of Effingham issued the following announcement on May 15.
Effingham Noon Rotary is very happy to announce that The City of Effingham 4th of July Fireworks are happening as scheduled!
We look forward to celebrating our country and our freedom with the annual fireworks display on the 4th of July. This celebration presents a unique opportunity to bring the community together from the safety of our cars. Our celebrating might look different this year, but the fireworks will be the same beautiful, knock-your-socks-off display that they always have been!
