City of Martinsville issued the following announcement on Nov. 20.
The Education Committee of Martinsville on the Move is hosting a hygiene drive for the
elementary school. Items on the list may be dropped off at the Martinsville Public Library
District or at the elementary school. Contact Jordan Maxwell to make a private donation.
Underwear size 4t to 16, Socks size 4t to adult small, Pants size 4T to size 16,
Shoes child age 4 through 12, Basic Hygiene Item - deodorant, shampoo, soap or
body wash, toothpaste, toothbrushes, dental floss, baby wipes, hair brushes, combs,
chapstick, sanitary napkins and tampons.
