City of Mattoon issued the following announcement on Oct. 8.
This event will be located at the City of Charleston Leaf and Limb drop off site at 1200 W Madison Ave. Charleston IL. It is open to all Coles County Residents and will run from 8:00 to 11:00 or until semis are full. Limit of 7 TV's and Monitors with a $5 fee for TV's and monitors.
