There was one offender released on parole during the first quarter living near Illinois zip code 62465, according to Illinois Department of Corrections data obtained by East Central Reporter.

The data shows that the man was released in the Taylorville zip code. The 39-year-old parolee wasn't a veteran.

He was sentenced to 1 year in prison for a financial crime or fraud in 2017 when he was 37 years old.
