Call to Order: Meeting called to order by Mayor Fouty at 7:00 p.m.

Approve February Regular Minutes: Hacker made motion to accept the minutes of the regular meeting. Edwards seconded the motion. Motion carried. Approved
Approve February Special Meeting Minutes: Gladu made the motion to accept the minutes of the special meeting. Edwards seconded the motion. Motion carried. Approved.
Approve Payment of Bills: Motion to accept payment of bills was made by Hacker, seconded by Gladu. Cutright, absent, Adams, aye, Edwards, aye, Evans, aye, Hacker, aye, Gladu, aye. Motion carried. Approved.
Approve Financial Statement: Hacker made motion to accept the financial statement. Evans seconded the motion. Motion carried. Approved.
Approve Transfer of Funds: None
Citizens Comments: Charles Burke asked about the trailers on the West and East side of town. Mayor Fouty explained these have been addressed. Jeremy Hacker thanked Supt. Coartney for filling pot holes. Jeff Gladu thanked Chief Duvall for addressing the barking dogs.
Discuss and Approve Committee Reports: None
Discuss and Approve Police Report: Report reviewed. Discussion took place on the barking dogs in town. Evans made the motion to approve the police report, Edwards seconded the motion. Motion carried. Approved.
Discuss and Approve Utility Superintendent’s Report: Report discussed. Hacker made the motion to accept the utility superintendent report. Edwards seconded the motion. Motion carried. Approved.
Discuss and Approve Spring Clean-Up Day: Adams made the motion to hold Spring Clean-Up Day on April 13 from 7 am until dumpsters are full. Evans seconded the motion. Motion carried. Approved.
Discuss An Ordinance Creating Chapter 3 Article V of the Village Code Regarding the Keeping of Farm Animals: Hacker made the motion to table until later. Adams seconded the motion. Motion carried. Approved.
Other Business: Discussion took place over Enterprise Zone map. J. Gladu asked if the uptown buildings now belonged to the Village. Mayor Fouty confirmed that the Village does now have possession of the buildings in question.
Adjourn Meeting: Evans made the motion to adjourn the meeting at 8:28 p.m. Edwards seconded the motion. Motion carried. Approved.
