Palestine home prices rise in September 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2017 in Palestine rose by $8,750 while total sales increased by 66.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2017, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $51,750 - a 20.3% increase over the $43,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Palestine in September 2016.
