Charleston home prices fall in January 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2018 in Charleston fell by $23,950 while total sales increased by 22.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2018, there were 22 homes sold, with a median sale price of $63,750 - a 27.3% decrease over the $87,700 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 18 homes sold in Charleston in January 2017.
