Effingham County United for Schools owes $191 in fines

The campaign committee Effingham County United for Schools owes a $125 fine imposed on Dec. 22, 2017, according to Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

A detailed look reveals the committee owes additional outstanding fines totaling $66 with Mike Wilson listed as the responsible officer.

ISBE Records dating back to 2003 show nine area campaign committees owe a combined total of $39,566 in pending fines.
