How did Daren Bailey spend campaign funds in the fourth quarter?

Republican Daren Bailey's election campaign committee, Bailey for Illinois, spent $23,398 in the fourth quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

Bailey's committee spent the most on promotional items in the quarter, with 64.7% of this total ($9,115) going to Lidy signs and Graphics in Effingham. Table 1 below shows the distribution of how Bailey's committee spent its money in the fourth quarter.
