City of Martinsville issued the following announcement on Jan. 2.
Kids, come on in and make some Valentines with Rikki on February 8th at 3:30 pm.
Bring your class list with you so that you know who to address them to. Please RSVP
for this event so the staff can be sure to have enough material for all the students. Call
